This website collects only what it needs to reply to you, and nothing else.

Data controller

Data collected

Only what you type into the contact form: first name, last name, company, job title, email, phone, subject, description of your situation and availability. Optional fields remain optional.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used to reply to you, to arrange the discovery call and, if you wish, to prepare a commercial proposal. Legal bases: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and 4C Partners' legitimate interest in answering the business enquiries it receives.

Recipients and processors

Only the President of 4C Partners receives your data. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.

• Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union) hosts the website. The form is processed by the website's own server, with no third-party form service, and messages are not stored in a database.
• Google Ireland Limited provides the Google Workspace mailbox that receives the messages. Google may process data outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can also contact me directly by phone or email, without using the form.

Server logs

Like any host, Hostinger keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for server security and operation. 4C Partners does not use them for audience measurement.

Retention

Email exchanges are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for three years after the last contact. No prospect database is built from the website.

Acknowledgment

An acknowledgment repeating your message is sent to the address you provide. You are not added to any mailing list and receive no other automated messages.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no cookies, uses no local storage, tracking pixels or analytics, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party services. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS with a restrictive content security policy. It consists of static pages, with no admin interface and no database. Form emails are sent over an encrypted, authenticated connection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to cyril.chienchowchine@4cpartners.fr: I reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
